Three tools, one kit: the colour ring, the texture ring and the material swatch card. Between them, you can consult, agree and specify any HLR system in front of the client — before you place a single order.

WHAT'S IN THE KIT

1. Colour ring — 42 shades
Base colours, mixed tones, rooted colours and shades with a face frame built in.

2. Texture ring
Six textures, from a soft natural wave through to a tight kinky curl.

3. Material swatch card
Ten bases, so the client can see and feel the difference before you recommend one.

WHY IT EXISTS

Created by Sarah Gallagher, founder of Hair Loss Rehab

This range wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was built behind the chair.

Sarah has worked with hair loss clients for almost a decade, and in that time she came up against the same problems again and again: factory designs that didn't suit a real head of hair, hair that wasn't right, colour options that were too limited, and sizes that never quite fitted. Too many hours were spent customising stock pieces, or fitting something that was almost right but never right.

That's why she created Hair Loss Rehab Wholesale — so you have access to custom-made pieces that are genuinely right for your clients, without the rework.

Every shade on the ring is there because a real client asked for it. That's why you'll find rooted tones, hackled blends and face-frame options as standard rather than as a custom order.

WHO IT'S FOR

Salons, clinics and stylists ordering HLR systems wholesale. If you're consulting on hair loss or hair replacement, this is the kit that sits in your consultation room.

Salons, clinics and stylists ordering HLR systems wholesale. If you're consulting on hair loss or hair replacement, this is the kit that sits in your consultation room.

  • LESS CUSTOMISING

Fewer hours colouring, blending and reworking a piece to make it sit right.

  • FEWER REMAKES

Shade and texture are agreed with the client, in the client's hands, in your chair — not guessed from a phone screen.

  • A FASTER CONSULTATION

Show, don't describe. Clients decide quicker when they can see and feel the options.

  • ACCURATE ORDERING

You order by exact reference code, so what arrives is what was agreed.

How our colour codes work

Every shade on the ring carries a code. Once you know the four letters, you can read any colour on the ring at a glance.

  • T — Top rooted colour: a darker root melting into the length
  • P — Piano: colours inserted side by side, like piano keys (black beside white)
  • M — Mixed: colours hackled and blended together for a seamless tone
  • F — Face frame: the colour through the front lace or closure area

Codes can combine. A shade may be rooted at the top and carry a lighter face frame, and the code will tell you both. If you're ever unsure, quote the ring reference to your account manager and we'll confirm the build.

The texture ring

Texture is what makes a system move like the client's own hair. Six options, shown side by side so the difference is obvious:

  • Natural Wave — a soft, loose movement. The everyday option, and the most forgiving to style.
  • Water Wave — a defined S-wave with more spring through the mid-lengths and ends.
  • Deep Wave — a deeper, more uniform wave pattern with real body.
  • Italy Curly — a relaxed, open curl. Volume without tight definition.
  • Deep Curly — a tighter, well-defined curl through the full length.
  • Kinky Curly — the tightest pattern we carry, for the closest match to natural afro-textured hair.

Hold the ring against the client's own hair, wet or dry, and match the pattern rather than describing it. It saves a conversation, and it saves a remake.

The material swatch card

Ten bases on a single card, each one you can see through, feel and flex. This is the part clients understand fastest — the difference between lace and skin is obvious in the hand and almost impossible to explain in words.

  • HD Lace 1 & HD Lace 2 — our finest, most undetectable lace. The first choice where the hairline has to disappear.
  • Silicone — full grip base, for a secure hold without adhesive.
  • PU — skin-style base. Easy to attach and clean tape or adhesive from. Great for clients with no hairline.
  • PU with Silk — a hybrid: good to use on the transition between silk and PU.
  • Mono — durable and breathable, with the ability to part anywhere.
  • Silk 1, 2, 3 & 4 — four colours of silk to choose from, where the hair looks as if it's growing from the scalp.

Match the base to the client's lifestyle, attachment method and how they wear their hair. When the client has touched all ten, that conversation takes minutes.
